First Period Worcester Coffee Pot
REF: LA323720 / LA329144
This is a very fine and highly important first pear shape Worcester coffee pot. The coffee pot has a white glaze with an attractive blue floral garden scene. The lid also has a garden scene and also has butterfly patterns and a white moulded leaf along with a white flower acting as the lid. It also has the crescent mark for first period Worcester and dates from around 1755. There is a very small chip to the spout (See last photo) but otherwise it is in remarkable condition for it's age.
Ballinclay Antiques has clarified that the First Period Worcester Coffee Pot (LA329144) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being Circa 1755
The coffe pot is in remarkable condition for its age apart from a small chip to the spout
