A well balanced French Empire chandelier, with a top coronet of delicate brass arms each holding icicle drops protruding from an ornate top ring from which vertical graduated chains gather into a similar central band. The band is studded with rosettes and icicle drops hang. The bottom 'bag' is of graduated button drops which gather into a similar bottom band. The chandelier has a nice patina and is finished off with a row of icicle drops. c1920's. Wired, PAT tested and ready to hang. H70cm x W32cm, this is the height of the chandelier without the chain and ceiling rose which is the original and comes with the chandelier. £750
