Antique Gilded Brass Door Furniture with suggested provenance Rainthorpe Hall Norfolk Rainthorpe Hall near Tasburgh Norfolk. The hall was owned by the Walpole family into the mid 19th Century then passing to Col. Sir Charles Harvey, 2nd Baronet Harvey of Crown Point Trowse Norfolk. This door furniture reputedly part of the Hall between the tenure of Walpoles and Sir Charles Harvey comprising two complete sets door finger plates (total 4) one pair of escutcheons (total 2) and an interesting post card from the very early 1900's with nice old script sent to an address in Harley Street London, all presented in nicely patinated condition (see photos. Approx dimensions:- Finger plates 26.5 cms tall, 8 cms wide Finger plate centres 21 cms tall, 5 cms wide Escutcheons 9 cms tall, 4 cms wide collective weight 920 grams
