Description
An unusual silver 'wheel' pincushion from the Victorian era, with attractive pierced detail. This charming and collectible example is of circular form, with a silver panel front and back. Sandwiched in between, is the pincushion padding and it is finished with an attaching ring for a fob or chatelaine chain. Each side depicts cherubs playing in a garden and is in the Rococo taste.
A delightful and rare collector's piece.
