Description
Late 19th Century (c.1880) Victorian antique mother of pearl card case. Pristine example, vibrant mother of pearl panels, each decorated with an engraved floral spray.The hinge and catch are as crisp as the day they were made, closes with a firm snap and no play to the hinge. The cartouche has not been engraved. Original orange silk lining. Slightly over 4 inches (10cm) and 3 inches (7.5cm). All my photos are taken using natural light only.
