Watch: Gents 1970s Everite King Wristwatch

The watch has a 21-jewel automatic watch which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Rotary wings logo. The watch measures 34mm wide excluding the winding crown and 35mm high excluding the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. There is general light marking across the case but overall very acceptable for a 70s piece. The case back has some scratching. It also states that the watch is water resistant but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. The lens is in lovely condition. The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and date display (an early form of quickset which is set by repeatedly moving the hands backwards and forwards between 12 midnight and 8.30pm until the desired date is reached. A new leather strap has been fitted. The watch comes in a new presentation box. All prices include UK postage (excluding Northern Ireland).
