Roy Morris (1890-1967) was a painter and etcher, who was the son of the artist Thomas W.G. Morris. He studied at the Chester School of Art, the Slade School of Fine Art and the Central School of Arts & Crafts. He taught at Derby School of Art from 1920 and exhibited at the Manchester Academy of Fine Arts, New English Art Club, Royal Academy of Art, Royal Society of British Artists and Walker Art Gallery.
