Gorgeous iron and Brass Victorian King Size bed with very nicely detailed castings and clamps, which have a lovely star/flower design. Both the head end and foot end have two upstands, all with original brass rod ends. Brass has been aged to tone and also given a highlight. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s Pompeian Ash with a heavy dark wax finish to protect, shine and give a mottled tonal variation throughout the bed. All joints checked for secure fit.
