Victorian 1874 Sterling Silver Mordan & Co Vinaigrette & Scent Bottle Hallmarked London

Victorian sterling silver combination scent bottle & vinaigrette. It has a plain cornucopia shaped curved bugle form, a hanging chain for fitment onto a chatelaine, a screw-fit scent bottle lid 'mouthpiece', and a hinged lid revealing the vinaigrette with hinged pierced grill and sponge. Hallmarked in London, 1874, with the makers mark S M for Sampson Mordan & Co, and the Victoria duty mark. Also has a lozenge registry mark, which dates from the 21st of June 1870.
