Victorian sterling silver sugar tongs, with fiddle pattern stems, scrolled scallop style spoon bowls, and initialled engraving to the bow A D W.
Hallmarked in Glasgow, 1882, with the makers mark W C for William Coghill, and the Victoria duty mark.
