Description
Victorian sterling silver 1 pint tankard mug, in a tapered form with a large crest of the Saddlers Company, and a hinged lid. The inside of the lid is engraved "In commemoration of the Charter granted by Richard II to the Saddlers Company 20th Mar 1395. Raymond Louis Roumieu 1895".
Hallmarked in London, 1894, with the makers mark W B J for Edward Barnard & Sons (Walter & John Barnard).
